Critical Error – after changing # of displayed products in woocommerce admi

Hello, I recently encountered a critical error after changing the number of products displayed in my admin area of woocommerce – all other areas are functional. I am looking for information on how to correct this in phpmyadmin, I had found an article containing the information but lost the link and now it is lost among a sea of sites advising to disable all of my plugins.
