    Hi,

After installing wp-optimize and activating the minify settings, I am getting a critical error message when I try to edit the css of my website through Appearance > Customize.

The URL that shows on the page when the critical error is displayed is: https://nameofmysite.com/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2Fadmin.php%3Fpage%3DWP-Optimize

The critical error is not showing on the public facing site, just on the Appearance > Customize page.

Since then, I have disabled the minify option, but the issue is still there.

    My debug log is empty.

    I am on:

    • PHP Version 8.1.27
    • WordPress Version 6.4.2

I also checked my core files integrity, and they all pass the check.

I’d love to get some help fixing this.

    Thank you

If you completely disable WPO is the issue still there?

Can you post your php error logs using a tools such as pastebin.com?

Thank you for your message. I completely deactivated the plugin and reinstalled and this solved the issue.
