Critical error after translation

    Hello,

    The website has developed a problem where the “blog”-section displays a critical error when viewing an article in the original language (finnish) but shows normal when the translated version (english) is being viewed. The post can still be read in the original language, but the formatting isn’t normal. When the TranslatePress-plugin is deactivated, the problem doesn’t occur and it isn’t related to any theme errors or etc. as it occurs even if a basic theme has been selected.

    What might be causing this or has anyone ran in to a similar problem?

    Hello there,

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    After navigating your blog section I noticed that not all of your blog posts present this behavior. It seems that this problem is related to a gettext not being properly translated.

    You can check which pages have this problem and what gettext do they have in common. In the meantime you can Disable translation for gettext strings from TP Advanced Settings => Debug. Afterwards check your php error log for anything that might stand out.
