Critical error after updating plugins

  • Hi, I had just finished updating my site and was part way through updating my plugins when the whole site crashed. I can’t access the back end at all and my site is completely down. It updated half of the plugins, then crashed.

    I am pretty novice with CPanel etc, so any help for a newbie in this area is greatly appreciated, most of what I read is over my head and I don’t even know where to start. I really need my site up and running again.

    You must have received an email from your Website regarding the error. Please check your mailbox and in that error notification emails, you’ll find and error log message telling which thing is causing critial error.

    Please copy that error log message and share with us.

    If you didn’t get email then please login Into your Cpanel, then search for Error log option and check the latest error log, you will find error message with Fatal Error Or Critical Error, please share that complete log message so that we could identify which plugin caused the issue and why.

    Thank you, I contacted my host and they helped me. It was one of the plugins. I appreciate the response
