    Hey Team,

    We are trying to generate a feed for our 23,000 products to be put through to google however whenever we try to save & continue from the create feed page, we seem to run into an error. The error looks as such:

    2024-08-26T04:09:21+00:00 CRITICAL Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 33554440 bytes) CONTEXT: {"error":{"type":1,"file":"/home/customer/www/4dcontrols.com/public_html/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php","line":2316},"backtrace":[{"file":"/home/customer/www/4dcontrols.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-woocommerce.php","line":359,"function":"critical","class":"WC_Logger","type":"->"},{"function":"log_errors","class":"WooCommerce","type":"->"}]}

    We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, different feeds, different settings and nothing seems to be able to get a google shopping feed going.

    Here are our debug logs:

    August 26, 2024, 4:57 am Array ( [PHP] => 7.4 [Wordpress] => 6.6.1 [WooCommerce] => 9.1.4 [WooCommerce Product Feed PRO] => 13.3.5.1 ) Array ( [Single products] => 23222 [Variation products] => 29171 [Total products] => 52393 ) Array ( )

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @liam4d,

    Thanks for the message!

    Couple things you can try:

    1. We had some emergency patches over the weekend, please update to 13.3.5.3 as it fixes a lot of these timeout issues.
    2. You could try to increase your PHP version to 8.1 for better performance.
    3. Update WooCommerce, not essential, but I just noticed its behind a couple versions.

    Thanks for getting back to me @jkohlbach

    We have performed all of those updates now but we are still getting the critical error when we try to run the feed

    Hi @liam4d, since you’re on an older version of PHP, would you be able to try tweaking your batch size?

    Here’s a guide: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/

    Hey @jkohlbach, We have updated our site to PHP 8.1 to see if this would help. We have tried lowering the batch size to 50 to see if this would help as well. Still no luck sadly.

    I have also tried increasing our memory allowance up to 2GB however this resulted in a 504 – bad gateway error instead of immediately throwing a critical error message.

    Here is our System Check Data:

    September 2, 2024, 4:23 am Array ( [PHP] => 8.1 [Wordpress] => 6.6.1 [WooCommerce] => 9.2.3 [WooCommerce Product Feed PRO] => 13.3.6 ) Array ( [Single products] => 23335 [Variation products] => 29305 [Total products] => 52640 ) Array ( )

    Hi @liam4d can I confirm you’re now updated to 13.3.6? If so and you’re still having troubles generating could you please write in to support [at] adtribes.io and cite this thread so we can follow up further on your particular site?

    Thanks!
