Hi,

I’ve got a critical error message when trying to load my site, I’ve tried a number of fixes relating to plugins and themes and nothing is working. In my error log, I’m seeing these numerous times:

If you disable the ultimate branding plugin, does the error go away?

Because you’re using a commercial plugin, please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

Is this file on your system? home/ekcltclm/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-site-health.php?

Let’s try reuploading the WP core files. Do this one step of the manual update process: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/updating-wordpress/#step-1-replace-wordpress-files

I’ve got this: public_html/wp-content/wp-admin/site-health.php

Do I still need to try reuploading the WP core files?

First, check the permissions of that file. Do they match the other files in the directory?

Yes, replace all core files.

I tried deleting the directories but when I went to re-upload the new ‘wp-include’, I got an error. To be honest, very nervous deleting stuff anyway! I have restored the directories from my trash for now.

From the dashboard, click “UPDATES”, then click the button to reinstall the current version of WP.

Maybe you should ask your host for help with this.
