Critical error and i dont receive the email to troubleshoot on admin email

    After a plugin update the site got a critical error. i dont receive the wordpress admin email to troubleshoot. how to have access to the wp-admin?
    the site is on AWS

  • Have you already solved this? Because I don’t see any error message on the website anymore. Also wp-admin is at least callable.

    yes thank you! we deactivated the plugin by renaming its folder name and it solved the issue
