    To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

    Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

    You can paste the Gist link here in your reply, once you have that.

    WP Version: ?</img> 5.8.3 - There is a newer version of WordPress available (6.1.1)

    Please update WordPress to the latest version.

    Please try to disable this plugin and see if the issue has been resolved?

    Otherwise, please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

    If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

    Hi Xue,

    Thanks for your suggestions, results as follows:
    Disable CloudFlare plugin – no change
    Change to StoreFront theme – no change
    Disable all plugins except WooCommerce – no change

    I did not yet manage to upgrade WordPress to 6.1.1 but will keep trying ..
