Critical Error, conflict with plugin causing no access to WP dashboard

I’m getting the following error log with my WordPress site – I’m unable to log into the WordPress admin of my site because of the Visual Composer plugin. I am able to once I deactivate the plugin, but doing so causes the entire site structure to fail.

Any ideas for a resolution?
