critical error/conflict with table rate shipping plugin

    Hello, I discovered your plugin a few days ago and I thought it was wonderful!

    Firstly, congratulations on the excellent work.

    However, when using it, I had some other problems, it took me a while to discover, but in short, it conflicts with the table rate shipping plugin (https://codecanyon.net/item/table-rate-shipping-for-woocommerce/3796656)

    When you deactivated your plugin, everything worked perfectly again.

    It generates a critical error on the website, and I can’t even connect tools to the website.

    Could you analyze why this conflict is happening?

    Hi @nossileee,

    Thank you for the kind words; we do our best to make our plugin useful.

    We’ve been trying to reproduce the issue you’ve described in our test environment, unfortunately with no success.

    Are there any specific circumstances which need to be met to make it occur? Could you please provide us with some more detailed information about your shop’s environment? I believe that a system status and error logs should shed some light on the situation.

    Hello!

    Do you have access to the table rate plugin to test?

    With it active, I have the problem…

    The only strange thing is that this is not recorded in the error logs, the critical error only appeared within an order, when it was made with a shipping method, configured through the table rate, and I also lost the external connection with the website , with my ERP.

    When you deactivate your plugin, everything works normally again.

    Obs: I currently have your plugin removed.

    Please note that the “Prazo PAC” is a shipping method.

    Please do not post large code or responses like that here, it doesn’t work after ~10 lines or so. It breaks the formatting and makes an unreadable mess.

    thank you for your message. Your log was very helpful. We released 1.5.0 of plugin with fix.

    Probably table rate plugin broke in but in our plugin we are ready for this type of issues.

    I just updated and tested it, and it really worked.

    I didn’t have the error.

    I think it was 100%.
