• Hi there! We are currently working on a site-wide upgrade (to WP 5.3 from 5.2.4), and encountered a conflict with MDMOSS Version 1.0.4 and the YITH plugins we have installed.

When we upgraded all the plugins (except the Premium YITH plugin) to current versions, when we visited the mapped domain, the page displayed only the following error:

“There has been a critical error on your website.”

This occurred regardless of which YITH plugin was activated, so whatever is causing the conflict must be code that all the YITH plugins share.

We resolved the error by rolling back the YITH plugins to the versions we had before the upgrade, which worked fine with MDMOSS 0.2.2, and still work fine with 1.0.4.

So, at present, we are running the current version of MDMOSS, and earlier versions of YITH as follows:

    – YITH WooCommerce Badge Management (Free) (Installed Version 1.3.16) [Current Version 1.3.23]
    – YITH WooCommerce Best Sellers (Free) (Installed Version 1.1.9) [Current Version 1.1.16]
    – YITH WooCommerce Name Your Price (Free) (Installed Version 1.1.5) [Current 1.1.10]
    – YITH WooCommerce Order Tracking (Free) (Installed Version 1.2.7) [Current version 1.2.13]
    – YITH WooCommerce Review Reminder Premium (Installed Version 1.4.9) [Current Version 1.5.8]

And, of course, the current versions of the YITH plugins work fine with the site otherwise.

If you could assist us with a fix, we would really appreciate it.

    Thank you!

    hy,
i tried this out in a testing environment:
    wp 5.3.1
    woo 3.8.1
    mdm 1.0.4
    yith name your price 1.1.10

mapping a custom domain to a single product works fine.

please try to enable your debug.log file and see what exact error is saved there in your case. if it won’t lead you to the source of the problem, feel free to post the error here.

    matt
