    I never get any Email of instructions. Please Help me what to do now ?
    How can I update Admin Email to get instruction mail ?

    To update your administrator e-mail, go to WP Dashboard -> Settings -> General -> Administration Email Address.

    I know this. But still I never get any instruction mail.
    The main problem is –
    Whenever I am trying to Install some Plugins like Rankmathm W3tc
    I am getting this error message –

    I am unable to access or login to my website and I got this Message:
