Critical Error due to plugin updates

Good morning
I’m experiencing a critical error on my website.
What happened was:
I had a backup of my website which I had to restore.
There were around 9 updates available, 8 plugin updates and 1 update for the theme…
I restored the website without any issues but around 12 hours later I got an email saying that all the plugins and the theme had been updated successfully. So the plugins automatically updated themselves???What can I do to access my website again and preferably the older version i.e. before the update?
