Critical Error in Admin for PDF

    Hi,

    Have activated the plugin which is working great. However, if I go to view a PDF in the admin panel Ultimate DB I get a WP critical error. A PDF is sent OK on completion of the form.

    Turning off the PDF option clears the issue as there is not the option to view PDF.
