    After minor changes I make to my website with the Elemantor program, the website interface gives a critical error. And I couldn’t fix this error for 2 weeks. There is no such thing as a support team. You are completely alone. I couldn’t find how to fix it. The most critical plugin and the most critical bug is that the company has no support system.

    One thing I can say is too much, I tried to write to you for 2 days, but all your channels go to artificial intelligence. It appears in automatic messages. You are a huge company, but you do not have a single person alive to answer us. You are making the software and if there is a problem, everyone is on their own. I understand that in order to get support from you, it is necessary to purchase the PRO version and pay money. If that person doesn’t give money, let that person die. nobody cares. The program you made is broken and I cannot fix it. It literally fucked up my website, it crashes my system during updates and doesn’t work for hours. There is no support from either the theme company or you. In this way, it would be nice if you didn’t work at all.
