Critical error in the product overview

    For some time now, I always get the message “Critical error” in the backend when I go to the product overview, where all my products are listed. After trying several times, it works at some point. It is totally annoying.

    The strange thing is that this only happens to me. With other users with a different login this has never appeared.

    Hello,

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Test to see if the issue has been resolved

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    @maykato you right! The problem was in Facebook fro Woocommerce plugin, i deactived and it work normally.

    Thanks for the update @crevilaro ??

    This likely means that another extension is conflicting with the Facebook for WooCommerce extension. You could try leaving just the Storefront theme enabled, with the WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce plugins enabled to see if that error persists.

    @maykato Okay. Thanks for your help. In my case, I don’t have the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. Probably it’s due to another one then. However, I still find it strange that other users working on the site do not have this problem.
