Critical Error in WordPress Dashboard

When I log into my WordPress Dashboard and go to the Downloads => All Files, I get a Critical Server Error.

I’ve followed the instructions on this thread, but to no luck. It still doesn’t work.

Everything loads normally on the Front-End, but I am unable to see the list of Documents in the Dashboard.

I get the Critical Error on this url [website_url]/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro

I use following plugins:
Download Manager
Version 3.1.1.3

WPDM – Elementor
Version 1.0.4

I am not sure what else to do. Any help is greatly appreciated.
