Critical Error Message When Not Logged IN

  • When I’m logged in, the Yith Virtual Gift Voucher works but when not logged in, I get message “There has been a critical error on this website”.
    Can you help?

    I just tested this locally and it works fine for me. I also tried adding a gift card to the cart on your site as a non-logged in user and it worked fine.

    Do you know how to reproduce the error?

    Have you seen any details about the error? You can see it by going to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
