Critical Error | No Email | No Access to Host
-
Recently agreed to help a friend with their site as their previous developer was not responsive to their requests, went to install a plugin to copy the site to a local host, and lo an behold the session timed out during activation. The Plugin has clearly caused the critical error, but as i do not have access to the Hosting platform or the Email, I do not know how to clear this. I attempted to enter recovery mode via url by adding /wp-login.php?action=entered_recovery_mode to the end of the domain to no avail. Any Suggestions are welcome here.
