• Recently agreed to help a friend with their site as their previous developer was not responsive to their requests, went to install a plugin to copy the site to a local host, and lo an behold the session timed out during activation. The Plugin has clearly caused the critical error, but as i do not have access to the Hosting platform or the Email, I do not know how to clear this. I attempted to enter recovery mode via url by adding /wp-login.php?action=entered_recovery_mode to the end of the domain to no avail. Any Suggestions are welcome here.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You need access to the host. Have your friend call GoDaddy. If their paying for the hosting, then GoDaddy will provide support (or at least, a login to the hosting). Once there, use their file manager app to delete the directory of the plugin you just installed. It’s in wp-content/plugins.

@sterndata So, there’s no work around to get to the so called recovery mode?

no. the recovery mode uses a nonce and keys that can’t be guessed.
