    Like many others, I am getting critical error on export function. I’ve tried everything recommended:
    Reduce # of roles (event down to 2 administrators only)
    Adjusted on/off every setting
    Disabled all caching (WP Rocket, REDIS Object Caching, etc.)

    I’m hosting on my own Digital Ocean VPS servers via Gridpane and are super “open” and powerful so there should not be any timeout or php limits being reached. (I regularly import up to 3,000 users using your Import tool without any issues)

    I use your import function almost daily across 50+ sites. And most of these are running buddyboss/buddypress so have alot of custom fields.

    This used to work months ago but it hasn’t in a long time. I’m finally coming here to see of a solution. There are many reports from others so have to think something fundamental is off with this function.

    @blakemiller,

    The solution is that we need to redo all this part.

    Currently, this is a process that run once, in the server. This makes this very heavy and long.

    We have to change all this to create a divided process, step by step, using JS.

    But this takes much time, and we have not finished it yet.

    This is a free plugin, and also we use dozens of hours here, we need more, so thanks for being patient.

    We are working on it, so it should not take much time to be ready.
