Critical Error on Install

HI,
Just downloaded this plugin and it seems it doesn’t work. It states a critical error but I have troubleshot and it is not in conflict with any of my other plugins. I’m wondering if it just doesn’t work anymore since it hasn’t been updated. Although Amazon refer to it on their AWS Polly page https://aws.amazon.com/getting-started/hands-on/add-voice-to-wordpress-polly/#
