• Hi,

I am trying to use this plugin with Theme My Login and am having a problem. When using Facebook for login (haven’t tried register, but I think it will be the same), when being redirected back from FB to my page, I get a Critical error message. Tried contacting the mentioned plugin developers, but their answer is that AccessPress Social Login Lite is not passing enough parameters to login_redirect filter.

These are the errors I can see in debug log:

[12-Jul-2020 07:42:05 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function tml_redirection_login_redirect(), 1 passed in /home/user/domains/example.com/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 287 and exactly 3 expected in /home/user/domains/example.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tml-redirection/functions.php:70

  • Hi @creatium

    Thank you for writing in.

Could you please let us know if this error is causing issues in the plugin functions and redirecting. If there is an issue with redirecting Please try deactivating all plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).

And there are no issues in the plugin function. There could be an issue in debugging if it shows an error in debugging. We will fix it in the next update.

    Regards!

    Hi,

So as I mentioned, redirection problem comes only when Theme My Login Redirection plugin is installed. What it does: it allows me to set custom redirects on login, registration, logout etc. So there comes the problem of Critical error.

I contacted the developers of that plugin and they said:

It appears that plugin is not passing the correct arguments to the login_redirect filter.

So whose right? I believe in both of you ??

    Hi @creatium

    Thank you for writing in.

We will be talking this with our developers and ask them for the update please be patient.

    Regards!

i am getting the same problem with the facebook login
    try here https://www.bikechange.guru.

worked before. All of a sudden crashes the site

Howdy! Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email. In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WP Cerber Security, Anti-spam & Malware Scan. First, visit your website (https://www.bikechange.guru/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://www.bikechange.guru/wp-login.php?apsl_login_id=facebook_check&code=AQC_MfrnNrVY8BWcvOWk6aAWifLqDvcYTlgZa1FrCoVSNhe73o1KSfaAjP2AFqVJrib3I3tOrL3XqsDnVnffVyywRO8lHE9rJrgzR0zI1-NLSGiGaClGUcNoykl8XxQk7n-LPh26-BYZ8rMExy6mgupLtrU9Wbk6tWJQvHuwfTt4TipoD-ICxoMJZ9jGCe9d9eWoW7k0CsBFmAyF1fJlc_ZTjqH4h7cLiJpxQVdyTuMFktG3YM0XJ-DS7UK1gSo7KQgp9AqVJIQv4RadnYrJJG0nDim_qvupRRR14xzjmgXaSHKl5gkJgSBZJZRi8VbE0KaTepMsi5n6cFPL8VP_d4M-&state=6fc3354ffcb1fadfab53f7312df4776b) and check for any visible issues. Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further. If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further. https://www.bikechange.guru/wp-login.php?action=enter_recovery_mode&rm_token=ONdfrFju8udPkFedZpF6wo&rm_key=xkVB6SyZg8vyCRdH2fd3F1 To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires. Hi @limedev

    Thank you for writing in.

It seems that the issue is plugin compatibility with the theme and plugin you have used. The plugin works fine while using other themes and while not using other similar plugins. So, if you will give us some time you will check for compatibility issues in our next update.

    Regards!
