    Hello @figueiredo0,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with accessing certain tabs such as “orders” and “address”.

Just curious, were you able to access the pages before the issues started? Also, do you remember making any changes before the issue started, such as updating or installing plugin(s)?

The reason I’m asking this is to get a better understand on where to start troubleshooting from.

Meanwhile, could you check for any fatal error logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs and share those with us? You could paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

Hello, yes, I was able to access it before, I added some plugins, and updated almost all the plugins I had, here’s the status report : https://gist.github.com/Legacy-fig/634f0f8f789b479ce708482f2bea6b5a

    Hi @figueiredo0,

Thank you for sharing further details on this.

It is possible this issue is due to a plugin conflict, as you’ve mentioned the issue starting after installing some plugins. Please run a conflict test as detailed in this guide.

Be sure to have a backup in place before proceeding.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hello @ckadenge

I did all the possible tests and the error is only in Woocommerce, I left it alone and the error is still happening

Hi @figueiredo0, thanks for trying. I can see the error happening on your site, and we’ve received your System Status Report. Next, please share you fatal error logs. Kindly follow these instructions:

    1. Log into your site and go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
    2. Find the log named fatal-errors and click on its name.
    3. From the screen that opens, click the Download button.
    4. Open https://gist.github.com/ and drag-n-drop the file into the gist.
    5. Save it and share the link here.

Once we can see the error log, we should have a better idea of what might be causing it. I look forward to your reply.

    Hello @figueiredo0,

Thanks for getting back with further details on this.

Looking at the error logs you’ve provided, it seems you’re experiencing a ‘Path cannot be empty’ error in your WooCommerce plugin.

After further research, I was able to notice a similar issue reported here in GitHub, which apparently was reported in the previous WooCommerce version 9.3.0.

In this case, could you please try uninstalling the current version of WooCommerce, then do a fresh installation to see if this issue persists?

Please be sure to have a back-up in place before you proceed further.
