Critical error on plugin

  • The plugin Request a Quote is giving the message “There has been a critical error on this web site” but only on the Request a Quote page. The plugin is trying to force the page to mobile view unsuccessfully and displays the above error. I have, until this is fixed, deactivated the plugin as the Web site is live.
    Wordpress is on version 6.1.1
    Theme Divi version 4.19.2
    All plugins are up to date
    PHP 8.0
    I have tried rolling the plugin back with no change. How can this be fixed?
