    Critical Error on preview or send email
    when i click on Preview button PDF Builder for WPForms or on send button WPForms, i have an error message and nothing is displayed!

  • When submitting a form I also get a “critical error”. I’d buy a license but I first need to know that it will work.

    WordPress: Version 5.5.1
    WPorms: Version 1.6.2.3
    PDF Builder for WPForms: Version 1.2.7

    Any suggestions?

    Could you check your php error log to see what is says about the issue please?

    The php error log is empty. I have debugging turned on. I did a lot of troubleshooting with no luck. I ended up setting up a new instance of WordPress with no plugins other than WPForms and the PDF Builder. I continue to get an error.     Oh, could you export the wpform template and send it to me please? also could you tell me which version of wpform are you using?
