Critical error on registration page

    Hello. Great plugin. I created a registration form and imported users. It was working well but suddenly I have a critical error only on the registration page.

    Login works ok, but nobody can register anymore.

    Also, group options page (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=pm_add_group&id=1) is blank.

    Any ideas? Best regards
