Critical Error on “Save Changes”

    Trying to install Optima Express 7.4.0 in a /dev/ directory for testing prior to launch. Running WP 6.4.3, PHP 8.2. Have also tried PHP 7.4. All other plugins deactivated, and reverted to default theme. I get the Critical Error on this Website message every time I enter the Registration Key and click “Save”. The plugin does not write anything to the error log, however these are showing when debug is TRUE in WPCONFIG:

    I have done that. I have been emailing your support team for 3-4 days now and there has been no resolution.
