critical error on the website

this is the error message after accidently deactivating Elementor:
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions”I am currntly using WP locally to create my website
I’ve never set up my site admin email so I never received your instructions.How can I get them?

*The admin_email address is located in the database connected to your website-find it in the OPTIONS table in the database. (via PHPMYADMIN).
