Off the bat, I’d warn you to NEVER share site passwords here. Anyone can read them. I will not be using them. Edit that post and remove the password ASAP, and also change your site password.

@littlepackage Thank you for the advice. The password is only for the password protection since it is in development. Its not the wordpress password. Otherwise you cant see the the page. I will provide more information.

@dstanley24 What version of Gift Wrapper are you using?

I recommend you turn on WP debugging and provide the verbose error message that WILL appear in your wp-content/debug.log file when you try adding gift wrap to cart w/o message.

Otherwise please refer to https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/before-you-post-please-read/ if you need help with what info to provide in a WP support request.
