critical error on this website, installing alibaba plugin

    Can someone help me, I installed the Alibaba plugin, and the screen turned white and told me a critical error with my website? I can’t access to my administrative menu, I only see the directory above and my profile, but I can’t access to modify my website, my website looks good on the public but I can’t access to modify it

  • I guess the plugin has some compatibility issues. Please manually disable all your plugins from the FTP (Refere to this guide)

    I tried assessing “/wp-admin” and found no errors, i assume you have fixed it up.

    You may want to find other dropshipping plugins that serves the purpose.
