Critical error on website

  • I have the free version of YITH gift card. I installed it, updated the plugin and WordPress, and went to purchase the gift card product. However, upon clicking “purchase” I get the following error message:

    There has been a critical error on your website.
    Learn more about debugging in WordPress.

    Any ideas how to resolve this?

  • I have the same issue. Need the premium functions on the plugin, but don′t want to move forward until I find a fix for this error.

    @olestraume Could you enable debug log and see the error that appear when you purchase a gift card product? I did a test on @sjsaavedra5 site and I can buy a gift card without problems.

    We are using woocommerce product add-on and i don’t think they work together. As soon as I disabled woocommerce product add on, it worked.
