Critical error on website

    Hi there!
    We have just installed the plugin on one of our websites but we are obtaining a critical error from WP when trying to download the DDT pdf document.

    Here is our server log:

    Hi @frucci,

    Thanks for reaching out and we are sorry for the delayed response.

    We couldn’t replicate the issue when we tested it on our end. The mentioned directory creation in the error log doesn’t seem like the default functionality of the plugin. Can you please share your WooCommerce system status report (WooCommerce>status>system status report) via this link for debugging?

    Sorry but we have already removed the plugin and installed another one as the functionality was requested by our client with urgency.
