critical error on website

    This plugin sounds quite interesting so I installed it, Version 3.1.1. But when I tried to test and publish a first survey I just receive “critical error on web site”. Even when I try to publish the demo template (Customer Satisfaction Survey Template) it’s the same result.

    What did I do? Just created a simple site, copy the link in a block ([ays_survey id=”1″]) and publish, quite simple, but useless ??

    What’s wrong with me or with the plugin?
