• I am currently running version 25.11 I believe as the newest version released today causes a critical error on our website front end: Theme is Neve Pro with Pro Elements as well???

Heads up, Please backup before upgrade!

The latest update includes some substantial changes across different areas of the plugin. We highly recommend you backup your site before upgrading, and make sure you first update in a staging environment

Compatibility Alert?– Some of the plugins you’re using have not been tested with the latest version of Elementor (3.26.0). To avoid issues, make sure they are all up to date and compatible before updating Elementor.PluginTested up to Elementor version Neve Pro Addon3.18 PRO Elements3.25.0

  • Yep, actually one website didn’t allow updating old version on dashboard so it can be done via Cpanel, public_html, plugins, uploaded zip version there and unpacked it after renaming elementor folder. Everything works just fine now

I just need to know if it’s the neve pro theme I am using or the Pro Elements plugin that I believe was just updated over a week ago

Nope. This happened on Sydney & Hestia themes, no Pro Elements or similar plugins there. One error log shows that there was fatal error because of cron jobs schedule, other that it was caused by Wordfence plugin. Uploading few days old database didn’t help, optimizing database didn’t help and since there is no other errors in the log file, I’ll wait until they fix it. Remember that almost every Elementor version in last few months had at least one update (bug fix) day after releasing new one

Definitely I will keep that in mind! Appreciate your feedback on this!

Same issue on my website. Had to roll back to the previous 3.25.11 version. Did not work with Pro Elements

Just got an email back from ThemeIsle about the Neve theme. They were able to recreate the critical error on the front end and will be coming out with an update as soon as they can for Neve Pro
