    Hi

I am using the free version of your plugin and since the upgrade to WordPress 6.1 was released I haven’t been able to use the plugin due to getting a critical error.

Is there a conflict that you’re aware of causing this issue?

    Thansk,

    Ben

    Hi Ben

No. The plugin has been tested with WP 6.1. Everything should work.

Could you post a copy of the error message?

    Kind regards
    Aleksandar

    Hi @chariotsofthyer,

I checked the error and it seems to be pointing to your Disable Dashboard for WooCommerce plugin.

Could you try deactivating this plugin by renaming the folder via FTP? See if you’ll be able to log in to your site.

If this fixes the critical error, please reach out to the developers of the plugin. Ask them why is their plugin causing a critical error on your site.

Let me know if they’ll need anything from our team.

    Regards,
    Kenneth

    Hi Kenneth,

I had 3 or 4 plugins all fail at the same time and they are currently all disabled. I tried enabling each one, one at a time but it still caused an error.

Maybe I will reach out to them and see what they say.

    Thanks for the information.

    Hi Ben

This type of error usually occurs when plugin files have not been created properly after an installation or update, or when file permissions are not set correctly.

I would suggest to re-install all those plugins.

If that doesn’t help, try to reset the file permissions. Maybe your hosting provider needs to do that for you.

    Kind regards
    Aleksandar

Thank you so much for your help.

Resetting the permissions and re-installing the Disable Bloat plugin has fixed everything.

    Thank you again
