Critical Error – ticket now 3-weeks old

I submitted this ticket on the PBS website 3 times over the last 3 weeks and despite providing all my Premium License info, WP & FTP login info, have gotten zero response, so this is a last-ditch effort to hopefully get a response, otherwise, between the lack of response and other posts indicating lack of response too, it would seem this plugin developer may have abandoned supporting it.

Here are the details:
When I try to edit my site’s home page of RETI.us using PBS editor, it immediately shows this error:

There are errors on this page that may affect Page Builder Sandwich from working correctly. Please check the browser’s console for the errors. These would need to be fixed first. Please contact the theme/plugin author
