Critical Error When Adding Gift Card to Cart

I’m using yith gift cards on my woocommerce store. Customers have reported that the website goes into critical error when adding the gift card to the cart. https://pasteboard.co/CzK6sCSVMqmc.png

I’m using woodmart theme. Memory limit is the plugin recommened 512mb.
