    Hi,

    I just installed your plugin on our website and was able to create a test coupon easily.

    However when trying to add the coupon to the cart, the wordpress encounters a critical error and am not able to try to purchase the ticket.
    This only happens with this plugin, however we need its features.

    What can be the problem?

    Please enable debug log in WP Desk Settings. Then make a test reproducing this issue, and send a link with the error log to us.

    Please send us a WooCommerce system status. WooCommerce system status contains all the most important information about your WooCommerce store. You can find there information such as the WooCommerce and WordPress versions, PHP memory limit and list of installed plugins or information about the installed theme.

    To download the WooCommerce system status, select the menu: WooCommerce → Status. Then click on the Get system report button.

    We have just released the Flexible PDF Coupons 1.5.4 plugin, in which we have improved the functioning of the coupons, so please simply do the update.

    If the WordPress updater hasn’t informed you about the newer versions available, please check for the updates manually choosing the Dashboard tab > Updates > Check Again option.
