Hello,

I want to try this plugin, but when editing some page the site stops with the error: "There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site administrator's email inbox for instructions."

And I get the following email (I only copy the detail of the error):

I had to deactivate it without being able to try it, otherwise I can't edit my pages…

Hi @boomerangz

this was a conflict with the plugin WPML String Translation.
Please, try the new version 0.0.5.

Basically, with Assets Preloader you can preload the resources per page.
This means that on a specific page, you can preload for example an image that is loaded only on that page.

I suggest you read the description of the plugin at https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/asset-preloader/. If you have specific questions let me know.

You will find a section on every single page in the backend where you can add the URLs of the resources that you want to preload on that page.

El problema fue un conflicto con el plugin WPML String Translation.
Si quires puedes probar la nueva versión 0.0.5.

Básicamente, con este plugin puedes precargar los recursos por página.
Esto significa que en una página específica, puedes precargar, por ejemplo una imagen que se carga solo en esa página.

Tal vez puedes leer la descripción del plugin en https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/asset-preloader/. Si tienes preguntas específicas, avíseme.

En cada página del backend tienes una section donde puedes agregar las URL de los recursos que desea precargar en esa página.

Hola José,

Gracias por tu pronta respuesta e inmediata corrección del complemento.

Ahora puedo editar las paginas y aparece el final el area de texto para agregar los elementos.

No entiendo bien como agregarlos. En este caso quiero que que el elemento Slider de Elementor (que muestra 3 imagenes cambiantes) se precargue antes de mostrarse incompleto…

Pero no se si debo mencionar de alguna manera ese elemento o poner los paths de las 3 imagenes (por ej.: /wp-content/uploads/2023/04/image.jpg)

un placer.
No hay maneras para mencionar ese elemento, tienes que poner las URL completas de los recursos.

Por ej., si quieres un preload para la imagen que tiene la URL https://tudominio.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/image.jpg, tienes que poner https://tudominio.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/image.jpg.

You can’t select that element You need to explicitly put the URL of the assets that you want to preload.
If for example, you want to preload the image having the URL https://tudominio.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/image.jpg, you need to put https://tudominio.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/image.jpg.
