    Hi,

We are extremely sorry for the issue you are currently experiencing.

We already found out where it clashed with the WooCommerce Composite Products 8.2.0.

We are releasing the fix in the next update.

    Please allocate us some time.

    Thank you for considering.

Hello @sadiasajarun , this seems to have happened during an automatic update to our site. Which plugin can we rollback to resolve temporarily?

Hello, that’s strange. I get the same error but I don’t have your plugin installed. I found this thread looking for issues related to woccommerce composite products…

    Warning: Declaration of WC_CP_Price_Calc_Task_Runner::generate_key($length = 64) should be compatible with WP_Background_Process::generate_key($length = 64, $key = ‘batch’) in /home/customer/www/percorsipergatti.it/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-composite-products/includes/class-wc-cp-price-calc-task-runner.php on line 62

@marcie73 same for us- not using Product Feed Manager, ours is related to Woo Composite Products.

    Hi @aaronroach,

You are getting this error because of a version conflict of a library for background process.

Can you please roll back to our plugin’s previous version?

Let me know if it works.

    Thank you.

    Hi @proviva & @marcie73,

This same library can be used by many other plugin’s that may conflict.

So, you need to find out your WooCommerce Composite Products plugin conflicted with which of your plugin.

You can then reach their support to fix the error.

    Thank you.

Thanks, I will spin up a staging server to test it as i can’t afford to run tests on our live store. For now i have disabled this plugin, but it sounds like the fundamental isssue may be with WooCommerce Composite Products?

I have the same issue, downgrading WooCommerce Composite Products does not work. May it be the case, that the plugin has issues with the new wordpress version?

Okay, in my case the Plugin SiteGround Optimizer was responsible for the error. Downgrading it to Version 7.3.1 solved the issue.

    Hi @aaronroach),

As I said, It was due to a version conflict between our plugin and the WooCommerce Composite Products plugin. If you rollback to previous version, it should work for you.

You can try it in your testing site.

For now, I am marking the thread as resolved.

But you can always open another ticket if you need to.

    Thank you.
