Critical error wordpress

  • Hi, I have an editor who is using the admin side of my website.

    It has all been working fine till now. now, when he tries to log in to the admin side from his laptop he gets the “website has a critical error wordpress message”.

    However, this doesn’t occur on his mobile, and doesn’t happen for me. It is just happening for him on his laptop.

    Any reason why this could be happening? He has tried clearing browser caches, different browser etc…

    I believe the editor account may be accessing some page or has fewer capabilities for him to be shown a critical error.

    And since it is a critical error, an email with details of what the error is would be sent to the WP admin email set in the General Settings. And also details will be available as a PHP fatal error in the hosting error logs.
