    Dear Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a critical issue I have encountered with the Checkoutify – Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce plugin on my website.

    After installing and activating the plugin, my checkout page stopped functioning correctly, resulting in disrupted user experience and affecting the site’s eCommerce operations. Specifically, the checkout page fails to load properly, and customers are unable to proceed with their orders.

    Here are the details:

    • WordPress Version: 6.6.2
    • WooCommerce Version: 9.3.3
    • PHP Version: 8.0

    I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps, including deactivating other plugins, clearing the cache, and switching themes. Unfortunately, the issue persists when Checkoutify is enabled.

    Given the urgency and impact on my store’s operations, I kindly request immediate assistance in resolving this matter. Please let me know if there are any additional steps or information you require.
