Critical issues on the site health report

Hello!

I’ve been experiencing 2 critical issues on the native WordPress site health report: “An active PHP session was detected” and “The REST API encountered an error”.

Deactivating Apptivo plugin solves the problem, both issues disappear.

I checked under Apptivo plugin settings, and noticed an error message in red: “PHP Memcache is not detected in this system. Install PHP Memcache and configure for better performance.”

I installed PHP Memcache into my server and tried inputting the information under settings, enabling Memcache and typing IP:port, which is “127.0.0.1:11211”. However, the test fails.

Any help with a solution?
