CRITICAL: Kraken.io and file upload

    Hi there,

    I installed Kraken.io so it can optimize and reduce the size of the files being uploaded via mobile phones, but it seems there might be a conflict with WPUF file upload. We get an HTTP #-200 error, the progress bar hangs, and it takes much longer to upload an image despite the Kraken.io settings.

    Is there another place to set file size and dimensions within WPUF so it auto-resizes files and we aren’t dependent on another plugin.

    Thanks for writing to us.

    To avoid HTTP #-200 error, please be sure these following points are well configured
    1. You have set the maximum file size on your associate image/file upload field from the WPUF form builder: https://prntscr.com/vbz8or.
    2. If you have no-1 met and still having the same issue then please increase your site/server Maximum Upload File Size by following this article.
    3. After crossing above if still, you are facing the same then please contact your site hosting provider cause if you are using shared hosting then there are several hosting providers who are set a restriction for image/media upload. So if there is any restriction from your server-side, it needs to consult with the provider to resolve.

    Hi there,
    Sorry for the delay in the response.
    I had already tried both #1 and #2 before posting this problem.
    There is no restriction on the server side. They have already increased the image upload sizes and more.
    This seems to be a specific issue with WPUF and Kraken.io
