I’m having trouble installing the Eventin plugin. I noticed that I couldn’t switch tabs in the settings menu after an initial save, which makes using this plugin frustrating. However, I found a solution by constantly clearing the cache after a modification, but you can understand that this is not pleasant.
I wanted to see if it was coming from my site, so I installed the plugin locally and there was no problem!
    Do you have a solution?

I noticed that this appears in my url when I want to change category in the menu. A problem with POST requests? REST REQUESTS? #etn-advance ; etn-events_options; etn-user_data

    Thank you in advance

    Hi

Greetings and gratitude for getting in touch with us.

We truly apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. It seems that the issue you are encountering is not directly related to the plugin; rather, it appears to be caused by your cache plugin.

Typically, a cache plugin minifies the CSS and JavaScript files. Therefore, if the plugin’s JavaScript file is minified, the tab settings (JavaScript-based functionality) may not function correctly. You may try disabling the “Combine Javascript files” option from the caching plugin you are using. I hope it will solve the issue.

Feel free to knock us if you need any further assistance.

    Best Regards.

I think I have the same issue. I though it was the caching plugins, so I deactivated all the plugins in the website. The tabs didnt work.
Again, I went ahead to install the plugin in another wordpress site I manage and after installation, the tab worked just once and stopped working after I saved a setting.

    Please help

    Hi?@justinowilliams,

    Greetings

We are sorry for the inconvenience. This is not supposed to happen. Well, We understand that conflicts with other plugins or themes can sometimes cause issues with Eventin functionality. You need to check for the conflict to identify the issue.

If you are using any cache plugin for your site, this could cause the issue because cache plugins minify all javascript files, and for that reason, your tab may not work properly.

If it doesn’t help you at all, please connect to our help center and share your staging site with us so that we can investigate it properly and provide you with the best solution.

    Best Regards
