CRITICAL Uncaught Error

    Hello,

    I am currently using the Woo Advanced Shipment Tracking plugin in my WordPress website. Everything seem to be fine until I get to add to cart and checkout.

    Adding to cart is okay, but, when I want to pay and complete my checkout, I get the error: “Error processing checkout. Please try again.”

    I checked WooCommerce Log and I see this error in the log “

    CRITICAL Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method WC_Email_Customer_Completed_Order::get_billing_first_name() in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/woo-advanced-shipment-tracking/includes/email-manager.php:153

    “

    I uninstalled this plugin and then tried to checkout and it worked perfectly. I need this plugin to work on my website. Please, can you help me figure this one out?

    Hi @webtranquility,

    We checked this in our developmet store but we can’t replicate any issue in our store.

    Maybe you have conflict with anoher plugin. Try to deactivate all other plugins except the AST and WooCommerce and check again.

    Ok, I will try that and revert, thanks.

    In the meantime, will it be helpful if I supply the entire log on the wooCommerce?

    I forgot to mention that even though it returns the message “Error processing checkout. Please try again.”, I get to see the order as “processing” in my dashboard.

    I have activated the Plugin back. If you will be able to test for me to be able to pinpoint exactly what the error is, I will be very grateful.
