CRITICAL Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_date_created() on null

    Your help, please. I am attempting to discover why I get this error message when I perform a test purchase: An error occurred, please try again or try an alternate form of payment.

    I have not provided a link, because the problem manifests when proceeding to checkout. In other words, the circumstance must be recreated.

    Here is why I am seeking your help with this support request. During my research into my problem, I found this fatal error a few times in my logs. This is the most recent example.

    My problem and this fatal error may be unrelated. I am prepared for this to be the case. Nonetheless, it makes sense to me to resolve any uncaught critical errors.

    You will most certainly need more information from me in order to research this critical error. What else may I provide?

    Thanks for sharing your Error logs.

    Could you please also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
