Critical warning showing on front end

I purchased the pro plugin a few days ago.

After activating the plugin I get the following errors show up on the front end of my site:

This makes the plugin unusable in itself.

I have also found that in admin section the all posts view for posts, pages and custom post types is now all squashed to one edge. Deactivating the plugin fixes this.

Ultimately I have been unable to use the plugin since purchasing.

I have raised a support ticket on your website several days ago. I know it is Christmas so I can understand slowness in reply. I just hope these issues are resolved quickly so I can start using the plugin I paid for.
