[CRITICAL] wrong currency is transferred to paypal

    I have a shop set up with base currency in RUB, but also accept USD and EUR payments.
    It was working fine, not sure on which update the error started occuring.

    The state now is:

    • take a product
    • switch to EUR (price is 91eur) or USD
    • add to cart, go to checkout
    • click on pay with paypal
    • the transaction summary in paypal shows 91 RUB! which is less than 1 EUR

    had to deactivate paypal payments for now.
    this might be caused by the currency plugin WOOCS – Currency Switcher for WooCommerce, but with stripe it works fine, correct currency is booked there.
