untick “inline & defer CSS” and clear your wp rocket cache and things _should_ be OK ??

you can test it with no cache

    the problem not solved

that, to be honest, is a mystery; inline & defer should work perfectly even without the power-up, but there seemed to be a JS issue resulting in loadCSS not working, which caused the deferred CSS not loading. I have no idea what it broke I’m afraid :-/
